1. Introduction

RocketServe ("we," "our," or "the app") is a professional mobile application designed for process servers and field agents to manage legal document delivery jobs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the RocketServe app.

2. Information We Collect

The app collects the following types of information to provide its core functionality:

• Location Data: GPS coordinates are collected when you capture photos for job documentation. Location data is used to geotag photos as proof of service and to display job locations on the interactive map. Location data is only collected while the app is in use.
• Photos: The app accesses your device camera to capture photos for job documentation purposes. Photos are stored locally on your device and transmitted to your agency server when you submit job completions or attempts.
• Agency Credentials: Login credentials (username, password, server address) that you provide to connect to your agency's server. These are stored locally on your device.
• Job Data: Job information downloaded from your agency server, including job numbers, addresses, recipient names, and case details. This data is stored locally on your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for:

• Managing and tracking process serving jobs
• Capturing GPS-tagged photos as proof of service
• Displaying job locations on the interactive map
• Recording service attempts and completions
• Syncing job data with your agency's server
• Providing navigation to service addresses

4. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using a secure SQLite database. Data is only transmitted to the agency server that you have configured in the app. We do not operate any central servers or cloud storage. Your data goes directly between your device and your agency's server.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only transmitted to the agency server(s) that you configure within the app. The app uses OpenStreetMap for map display, which may log standard web request data (IP address) per their own privacy policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• OpenStreetMap: For displaying interactive maps and job locations.
• Google Maps: For providing navigation directions to service addresses (opened externally).

7. Data Retention

Job data and photos are stored on your device until you delete them or remove the agency from the app. Deleting an agency from the app removes all associated jobs, addresses, images, and attempt records from your device.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete any or all data stored in the app at any time
• Remove agency accounts and all associated data
• Revoke camera and location permissions through your device settings
• Uninstall the app, which removes all locally stored data

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. The app supports HTTPS/SSL connections to agency servers. All data is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features.

10. Children's Privacy

RocketServe is a professional business application and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
